Thoughts!
- It would be great to have a laminated sheet (to do dry-erase safety
checks on) for this and other tools with very dangerous/surprising energy
sources.
- A simple "you must have a buddy" decree should be made and may clean up a
need for multiple role certifications.

With those two guards in place, anyone certified should be understanding
and safe with it and have some idea of the variety of failure modes to
watch out for ("make sure you have an extinguisher and at least X gal of
water at hand, make sure you're not pouring near concrete..").
