[Crypto-chi] IT workers are targeted by spies, encryption is key

hello All
Everyone's favorite whistle blower, Ed Snowden, speaking at CeBIT in Germany, states that IT workers are targetted by spy agencies including NSA, UK's GCHQ and MI5, not to mention other international spy bodies around the planet,  SysAdmins are a particularly juicy target.  If you read the article at the end it states that Encryption is the key, a topic germane to this group's core mission.   All the more reason for us to put our crypto on! 
Some of you work in IT and in particular  as SysAdmins so beware.  Read for yourself.
