[Crypto-chi] new crypto add on for Chrome

hello all
miniLock is a free Chrome app makes it easy to create and share encrypted files with others.  miniLock relies on public key cryptography specifically Curve25519 elliptic-curve cryptography.   Supported on Windows, MAC OSX, and Linux.  
Wot are your thoughts on this?
