[Crypto-chi] Torrenting and privacy

Increasing the chain length is going to allow easier deanonymization. More
hops doesn't protect you from attacks. (I be like Mike Perry wrote the
paper).

Anyways its going to be fun watching researchers break this for the next
couple of months.
