[Crypto-chi] why privacy matters - and why we should use crypto

here's  a talk from a laywer from the EFF.  Its subject is NSA and PRISM.  Like Freddie sez privacy does matter. Especially when our rights to privacy are being trampled willy nilly.  More germane to us is the fact that the NSA is trying to influence/cripple crypto  standards.
