[sshc-mig] Miller's Meadow RC park

My weekends in September are generally free, so far (save for dental
appointment on the 17th). Weeknights could work with advance notice and as
always I have to get home and grab my car first. Miller's Meadow looks like
a straight shot west from home!

I am currently planeless and would want fresh foam to rebuilt with on the
weekends. I could finish the space plane but I don't want to vouch for my
flying skills.
