I've seen the fifth estate, it's nothing but hollywood garbage. In
my opinion of course. If you want a decent film go find a copy of
War Games!<br>

Some reading you might be interested is Daniel Domscheit-Berg's book
called ' <i>Inside WikiLeaks: My Time with Julian Assange at the
World's Most Dangerous Website' </i>[0] and is the basis of the
fifth estate movie. The book is controversial from many points of
view, but, is worth your time to tie some stuff together.<br>

Another read I would recomend is Jullian Assange's 'Cypherpunks'
[1]. And if you want some early hacking/cypherpunks history check
out 'Underground' [2] by Suelette Dreyfus and Jullian Assange.<br>
<br>
If you haven't seen Citizenfour [3] I highly recommend you do, it's
a great documentary of real events that actually transpired and a
core reason we're all talking about government abuse of technology,
cryptography and so much more. Soderbergh and Laura Poitras [4]
co-produced Citizenfour. Poitras is a great film maker and should be
celebrated with her work as a journalist. Her other works include
'The Oath' [5] and 'My Country My Country' [6] both films I have
mentioned at previous cryptoparties. Must watch films indeed. <br>

A note on the name; Citizenfour is the pseudonym Snowden used when
he first reached out to Laura Poitras.<br>

and times of Snowden titled Citizenfour with famous director
Steven Soderbergh as executive producer. Nominated for an
Oscar, an action packed thriller I'm sure. If there's a
sequal - Citizenfive? - perhaps Tom Cruise could fill in for
Snowden! </div>
