Helllo all,
Here are some more tools to help guard our privacy in addition to the crypto stuff.
Secure deletion. Please keep in mind that this group is compromised not just of Linux and MAC users but Windows users as well.  As a Linux and Windows user I find these pretty useful. 
One item that's not mentioned here is the wipe command in Linux.  With some tweaking it can be added as a context menu item to your folder using right click. This is how I have it set up on my Ubuntu PC.  Wipe should successfully stymie any opponents in our threat models.
