The Investigatory Powers Tribunal (IPT) based in the UK ruled well, ...here let me give you the article's headline:US-UK intelligence sharing was unlawful, rules tribunalThe IPT (http://www.ipt-uk.com ) is the only court in the UK whose sole function is to investigate spying by The Authorities.
For a jolly good read take a look herehttp://www.pcpro.co.uk/security/1000366/us-uk-intelligence-sharing-was-unlawful-rules-tribunal
Whilst its finding doesn't come as a shocker it's interesting to note that this tribunal actually ruled against a government intelligence agency. Wish we had something like this on our side of the pond.
Any thoughts?
